Fearless leadership
Is there any more extreme form of leadership than being in a situation where you are in charge of getting your team out of danger? It takes a fearless leader and the skills of a guerrilla combatant to handle this situation.
Our guest today, Corrinne Armour, has worked in refugee camps in war zones and, now, high-end corporations and has learned an incredible amount about leadership. Through her work experiences and extensive, on-going education she is now able to assist business leaders to get the best from their teams.
According to Corrinne, when all team members are motivated and they have a clear understanding of the leadership group’s purpose, they will then be in a position to achieve measurable success more quickly. She believes that aligning everyone to a common goal will better equip them to excel in the job they are tasked to do. From her conversations with us you will learn the importance of backing yourself, accepting that the path forward might not be easy and accepting support from services available.
