To do this she has established a school that specialises in teaching the skills needed to successfully and profitably renovate homes to establish a portfolio that reflects a durable income.
Bernadette has an abundance of renovating experience. She has discovered along the way the importance of carefully selecting properties to renovate and to know well her buyers’ market. Her students benefit from this first hand experience and Bernadette, on the other hand, relishes in the opportunity to impact on the lives of her students for the better … the perfect win-win situation for her ‘sisterhood’.
