In a new book ‘A guide to thriving in an age of disruptions’ Michael explores what’s required to be ‘future ready’ and how to prepare for these demands. Somewhat surprisingly technology doesn’t lead his charge. Developing a culture of moral standards that are most useful to clients and businesses and by establishing a fresh yet familiar trading arena is his preferred approach.
