Bill Jennings works at giving families, and especially young adults, time and space for effective communication. He provides a learning experience in creating empathy between members of a family through mutual understanding.
To reach his goals and measure his success Bill needs to unwrap multi-layers of mixed generational complexities – very much in the way that one might peel an onion – to give young people the opportunity to develop into successful, functioning adults.
Like many small business owners, Bill wishes he had outsourced tasks sooner – but a counter balance to this, his favourite book ‘Re-work’, has held him in good stead.
