Philippe Guichard has lots of exciting stories to tell. And, as if being an award-winning industrial designer isn’t enough, he is also an international man of mystery! An extremely talented man, Philippe has set himself a personal goal – his ultimate idea of success – of leaving a legacy of successful, profitable companies.
Philippe’s propensity to turn challenges into opportunities has seen him venture from his home country of France, to Canada, to Germany and now to Australia. As much as he loves the history and beauty of Europe, it is the healthy mindset of Australians that holds special appeal for him and encourages his passion for creating startup companies and working with small to medium businesses.
It was an epiphany that drew Philippe to becoming an industrial designer and to employ his ability to turn an idea into a profitable product. The Kickstarter organization and his Cablestop product are but two examples of his success.
